Ingredients
  

  • Rice Chex cereal
  • Semisweet chocolate chips
  • Creamy peanut butter
  • Unsalted butter
  • Powdered sugar
  • Pure vanilla extract
  • Kosher salt

Instructions
 

  • Melt chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter in a saucepan until smooth. Stir in vanilla extract and salt.

  • Pour the chocolate mixture over Chex cereal and gently fold until coated.

  • Transfer coated cereal to a zip-top bag with powdered sugar. Shake to evenly dust the cereal.

  • Spread Puppy Chow on a baking sheet to cool. Serve once cooled.

Notes

Tips: Swap in almond or sunflower seed butter for a nut-free version. Choose whole-grain Chex for extra fiber. Break up clumps in powdered sugar before tossing.
