  • 1 can of refrigerated biscuits 8 count: The biscuits serve as a base, creating flaky golden crusts around the filling.
  • ¼ cup blueberry jam: Provides sweet tanginess that nicely complements the fresh blueberries.
  • ¼ cup fresh blueberries: Adds juiciness and enhances the flavor of the pie bombs.
  • 4 tablespoons melted butter: Gives a buttery finish and a golden appearance.
  • Optional: powdered sugar: For decoration.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Flatten each biscuit dough piece using your hands or a rolling pin.
  • Place a few teaspoons of blueberry jam on each flattened biscuit, then add 2-3 fresh blueberries.
  • Fold the dough over the filling and press the edges together to seal.
  • Dip each sealed pie bomb into the melted butter, then place on a baking tray. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.

Notes
