Enchiladas with Chili Cheese

Ingredients Required:

  • 10 tortillas for soft tacos

  • 2 cups of grated Monterey Jack cheese
  • 3 tablespoons of butter
  • 3 tablespoons of flour
  • 2 cups of chicken stock
  • 1 cup of sour cream
  • 1 can (4 oz) of chopped green chilies

  3. Combine the cooked chicken with a cup of the Monterey Jack cheese. Distribute this mixture evenly among the tortillas, rolling them up afterwards. Place the rolled tortillas in the prepared baking dish.
