Michelle Foster of Exeter, Devon, England is the owner of Rubble, a domestic cat born sometime around May 1988. At or around her 20th birthday, Foster got the cat as a kitten. As of November 2019, Rubble, a Maine Coon-type cat, is the oldest living cat in the world. Rubble turned 31 in May 2019.
