Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter softened to room temperature
  • 1/2 cup honey preferably wildflower or clover
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar sifted
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract pure
  • Pinch of sea salt balances sweetness

Instructions

  • Beat the softened butter on medium speed for 1–2 minutes until light and fluffy, scraping down the bowl halfway.
  • With the mixer on low, add sifted powdered sugar in two batches, ensuring a smooth, lump-free texture.
  • Drizzle in the honey, start on low speed, then whip on medium for 30 seconds until glossy and well combined.
  • Sprinkle the ground cinnamon and vanilla extract; beat just until incorporated to keep flavors vibrant.
  • Add a pinch of sea salt, mix briefly, and taste to adjust sweetness or spice levels as desired.
  • Spoon into a serving bowl, chill for 15 minutes to firm up, then bring to room temperature before serving.

Notes

Store any leftover cinnamon honey butter in an airtight container in the fridge for up to two weeks; bring to room temperature before serving.
