Ingredients
  

  • 2 packets chicken gravy mix
  • 1 can 10-ounce condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can water use the soup can to measure
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Base: Add the condensed cream of chicken soup to your slow cooker. Stir in the minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add the water and whisk until smooth.
  • Mix in the Gravy: Add the chicken gravy mix packets and whisk until fully combined and smooth.
  • Add the Chicken: Place the chicken breasts into the slow cooker, ensuring they are submerged in the gravy mixture. Season with additional salt and pepper if desired.
  • Slow Cook: Cover and cook on low for 6 to 7 hours, until the chicken is tender.
  • Shred and Serve: Shred the chicken using two forks, stirring to coat with the gravy. Serve over mashed potatoes, rice, or biscuits.

Notes

Feel free to add frozen veggies like peas or carrots during the last hour for a complete meal. This dish also freezes beautifully, making it perfect for meal prep!
