Ingredients
  

  • 4 salmon fillets salmon fillets (about 6 oz each, skin on or off)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil (or avocado oil for higher smoke point)
  • 1 lemon zested and juiced (about 2 tbsp juice)
  • 2 garlic cloves finely minced
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika (or regular paprika)
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt (kosher salt works too)
  • 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (or cilantro)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes.
  • Pat dry salmon fillets with paper towels.
  • Whisk olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, minced garlic, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  • Brush or spoon the marinade evenly over each fillet, coating both sides.
  • Arrange fillets in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook at 400°F for 8–10 minutes.
  • Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

Thicker fillets may need additional cooking time. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
