Ingredients

  • 1 block cream cheese softened (full-fat for richness or light for fewer calories)
  • 1/2 cup whole-milk Greek yogurt for extra creaminess
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix or homemade blend
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese freshly grated prevents clumping
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh chives or green onions
  • 50-60 Ritz Bits sandwich crackers around 1 sleeve
  • Optional garnish: chopped cooked bacon, smoked paprika, or parsley flakes

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and Greek yogurt until silky.
  • Add the ranch seasoning and shredded cheddar, then stir until the mixture is uniform. Taste for salt—you might not need extra.
  • Fold in most of the chopped chives, reserving a teaspoon for garnish.
  • Spoon the ranch-cheese blend into a zip-top bag and snip off one bottom corner. Pipe small dollops—about 1 teaspoon—onto each Ritz Bit cracker.
  • Sprinkle the reserved chives and optional bacon bits or smoked paprika on top for texture and color.
  • Transfer the assembled crackers to a baking sheet or platter, then chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
  • Arrange on a serving tray, bring to the table, and watch them disappear.

Notes

• Let the cream cheese sit at room temperature for 15–20 minutes so it blends smoothly. If Greek yogurt is runny, drain in cheesecloth for 10 minutes first.
