Ingredients
  

  • 1 1-oz packet Knorr Spinach Dip Mix
  • 8 oz package Cream cheese, softened (full-fat for best texture)
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 10 oz bag Frozen chopped spinach, thawed & well-drained
  • 1/2 cup Finely chopped water chestnuts (optional)
  • 1 tsp Lemon zest (optional)
  • Pinch Smoked paprika or chopped parsley (garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Leave cream cheese at room temperature for 30 minutes for easy mixing.
  • Mix cream cheese and Knorr mix until blended, then add sour cream and mayo.
  • Fold in drained spinach and water chestnuts gently.
  • Stir in lemon zest if desired, transfer to a serving bowl, garnish, and chill for at least 1 hour.

Notes

Thaw spinach in the fridge overnight and squeeze dry before using to avoid excess liquid. Customize with additional veggies like artichoke hearts or roasted red peppers.
