Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup bright, runny honey
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Greek yogurt optional
  • 1 teaspoon whole-grain mustard optional
  • Pinch kosher salt
  • Pinch freshly ground black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Use a whisk or fork to beat until fully blended, then stir in Greek yogurt and whole-grain mustard.
  • Add salt and pepper, adjust to taste, transfer to a container, and refrigerate for at least 10 minutes.
  • Stir before serving, adjust consistency if needed with a little warm water.

Notes

Tested with various honeys for flavor variation. Chill for a smoother taste.
