Ingredients

  • 1 ounce Irish whiskey Jameson recommended for its smooth finish
  • 1 ounce peach schnapps liqueur Peachtree Schnapps or DeKuyper for consistent flavor
  • 2 ounces chilled green tea brew your favorite bag—Sencha or organic brand—for gentle notes
  • 1 ounce fresh lemonade avoid concentrate; store-bought brands like Simply or homemade yield best results
  • Ice cubes to chill large, clear cubes or whiskey stones
  • Lemon wedge or mint sprig optional garnish for an extra pop of color

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with butter or non-stick spray.
  • Steep a green tea bag in 4 ounces of hot water for 2 minutes, then transfer to the fridge or stir in a couple of ice cubes.
  • In a cocktail shaker, combine a handful of ice cubes, Irish whiskey, peach schnapps, lemonade, and chilled green tea.
  • Secure the shaker lid and shake vigorously for 10–12 seconds—keep shaking until the outside feels icy cold.
  • Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh strainer into each pre-chilled shot glass, leaving ice shards behind for a silky finish.
  • Garnish with a tiny mint sprig or a thin lemon slice on the rim—adds aroma and visual flair.

Notes

Ingredient tips: Choose unsweetened green tea to keep sweetness balanced. For lower sugar, sub half the peach schnapps with soda water. Homemade lemonade (2:1 ratio of fresh lemon juice to simple syrup) gives a brighter tang.
