Ingredients
  

  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 4-ounce cans diced green chiles, drained

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x13-inch casserole dish.
  • Whisk eggs in a large bowl until frothy.
  • Stir in shredded cheeses.
  • Sift together flour, baking powder, and salt. Fold into the egg mixture.
  • Add melted butter and milk, stirring until smooth.
  • Gently fold in diced green chiles.
  • Spread batter evenly in the prepared dish.
  • Bake for 35-45 minutes until golden and set.
  • Let cool slightly, then cut into squares and serve warm.
