Ingredients

  • 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese room temperature
  • 1 cup (240 g) whole milk Greek yogurt
  • 3 tbsp honey or pure maple syrup
  • 1½ tsp pure vanilla extract
  • Pinch fine sea salt

Instructions

  • Prepare a medium bowl, a whisk or handheld mixer, and a spatula. Ensure the cream cheese is at room temperature for smooth blending.
  • Whisk the softened cream cheese in the bowl until smooth, ensuring no lumps remain.
  • Stir in Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Whisk until creamy and soft peaks form.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness or tanginess as needed. Transfer dip to a serving bowl, sprinkle with citrus zest if desired, and chill for at least 20 minutes.
  • Serve the chilled fruit dip alongside a variety of fresh fruits like strawberries, apples, pears, and pineapples.

Notes

For smoother sweetness, gently heat the honey before adding it to the mixture. Room temperature ingredients are key for a smooth and creamy dip.
