Ingredients
  

  • 8 ounces full-fat cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup plain whole-milk Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup honey or pure maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • Zest of 1 lemon or lime
  • Pinch of fine sea salt
  • 4 cups assorted fresh fruit
  • fresh mint leaves chopped, for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Beat cream cheese and Greek yogurt until smooth, add honey, vanilla, lemon zest, salt, and whip until soft peaks form.
  • Cover and chill dip for at least 20 minutes to firm up the cream cheese.
  • Wash and cut fruit into bite-sized pieces.
  • Transfer dip to a bowl, drizzle with honey, sprinkle mint leaves, and serve with fresh fruit.

Notes

Starting with room-temp cream cheese is key for a smooth texture. Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey. Blend the base ahead for easy prep.
