Ingredients
  

  • 8 ounces high-quality white chocolate finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream at least 36% fat
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon pure peppermint extract
  • Blue food coloring gel or liquid
  • Crushed candy canes for rolling
  • Optional: blue and white sprinkles or edible glitter

Instructions
 

  • Warm heavy cream and mix with chopped white chocolate until smooth. Add vanilla and peppermint extracts, then add blue food coloring to achieve the desired shade.
  • Pour the ganache onto a baking sheet, refrigerate until firm. Roll into spheres, coat with crushed candy canes, and refrigerate again to set.
  • Store truffles in the refrigerator and let them sit at room temperature before serving. Indulge in the minty, festive delight!
