Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1.5 cups grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup sour cream Optional

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  • Pound chicken breasts to 1-inch thickness for even cooking and mix sour cream (if using) with Caesar dressing.
  • Season each chicken breast with salt and pepper, cover each with 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese, and place in the baking dish.
  • Pour the Caesar dressing mixture over the chicken breasts and sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese on top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired, before serving.

Notes

For added tenderness, pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness before baking. The dish pairs well with roasted vegetables or a crisp salad. You can also substitute chicken thighs for a juicier option, and use homemade Caesar dressing for an extra special touch.
