Ingredients

  • 1 can 16.3 oz refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 12 small cubes cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried parsley

Instructions

  • Preheat the Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Prepare the Biscuit Dough: Open the biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits. Flatten each biscuit to about 1/4-inch thick rounds.
  • Stuff the Cheese Bombs: Place a cube of cheddar cheese and a small amount of crumbled bacon in the center of each round. Fold the dough over the filling, pinching the edges together to seal and form a ball.
  • Prepare for Baking: Arrange the sealed balls, seam-side down, on the prepared baking sheet. Brush each ball with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder and dried parsley.
  • Bake to Perfection: Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the cheese bombs are golden brown and the cheese is starting to ooze out. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
  • Serve and Enjoy: Enjoy these cheese bombs warm as an appetizer, snack, or side dish!

Notes

For variations, try using mozzarella or pepper jack cheese, or replace the bacon with sautéed vegetables for a vegetarian option. Pair with tomato soup, fresh salad, or a bowl of chili for a cozy, complete meal.
